Garden Fresh brings together Chard Flamingo, Butterfly Cress, Salty Cicer, Sunflower, Tendril Pea, and Green Radish (with Wild Arugula as a flexible swap). This combination balances crisp textures and nutty, salty, and lightly peppery notes, making it versatile for salads, plant-based dishes, seafood, and bowls. The composition works as a “fresh toolkit” for chefs — each microgreen can stand alone to match a dish, but when combined, they offer freshness with visual brightness and harmony.
Why New Sakura?
Listening closely to chefs, we have reimagined the traditional Sakura Mix and introduced ‘The New Sakuraʼ, available in four versions to suit diverse culinary needs. Apart from all the benefits of being soil grown you will no longer have to struggle with big box that barely fits in the fridge. Our approach is to share with you 6 punnets of precut cresses. Contrary to a regular Sakura Mix you will get a consistent selection of the same weight, size, quantity and longer fridge-life - minimum 7 days.
