Perfect for fine dining, seafood, and fusion cuisine, where each cress serves a distinct culinary role while contributing to the set’s sophistication.

Listening closely to chefs, we have reimagined the traditional Sakura Mix and introduced ‘The New Sakuraʼ, available in four versions to suit diverse culinary needs. Apart from all the benefits of being soil grown you will no longer have to struggle with big box that barely fits in the fridge. Our approach is to share with you 6 punnets of precut cresses. Contrary to a regular Sakura Mix you will get a consistent selection of the same weight, size, quantity and longer fridge-life - minimum 7 days.
